What we keep, and why.
Short version: the details you send are used to quote and book your job, and nothing else.
What is collected
When you use the enquiry form, call or text, or message us on Instagram, we receive the details you choose to send: your name, the suburb the job is in, what needs doing, any photos you share and whatever you put in the message.
How it is used
To reply to you, quote the job and, once the work goes ahead, to do the work. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with anyone outside the business.
Access to your property
If you give us access details so we can work while you are out, they are used for that and held no longer than the job needs them. Tell us to remove them at any time and we will.
Photographs
The photographs on this site are of Jakob's own work around Happy Valley and the southern suburbs. We do not photograph a property we work on, or post a photo of one, without the owner agreeing to it first.
Analytics
The site may use basic page analytics to see which pages are read. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
Your details
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time. Call or text 0414 256 026, send a message on Instagram or use the contact form.
