This website
The content here describes the lawn and garden work Jakob's Garden Care takes on across the southern suburbs of Adelaide and is general information about our services. The photographs on this site are of Jakob's own work.
Quotes and bookings
An enquiry through the site is a request for a quote, not a booking. A job is booked once we have looked at the yard, confirmed the scope and agreed a start date with you. Anything outside the scope we agreed is quoted before it is done.
Access and the property
Yard work needs safe access at the agreed time. If we cannot get in, or the yard is not ready for the work that was booked, we will contact you to rearrange it. Tell us in advance about pets, gates, alarms or anything you would rather we left alone.
If something is not right
Walk through the job with us at the end, or tell us within a day or two, and we will come back and put it right. We would rather fix it than have you live with it.
Changes
Booked work can be moved with a message. The earlier you tell us, the easier it is to shuffle the schedule and keep your slot.
